Process

The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person, or virtually, to discuss your project and our process. We will address any questions or concerns you may have about what to expect while designing and building your new home. We will take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right builder for you!

We work with both clients who already have a building site; as well as, clients who need assistance with lot selection.

One of the most important steps of the building process is designing your floor plan. We work with several drafting professionals; as well as, the ability to modify our stock plans to accommodate your needs and budget.

Dwelling Masters will coordinate with county zoning departments and local municipalities to secure all the required permits necessary to start construction. Pending the various requirements, this process can take 1-3 weeks. While we are waiting approvals, we'll coordinate schedules for excavation and pouring the foundation.

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. Have any questions or concerns during the project? Easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave. By now you’ll be ready to move into your dream home and begin making memories.
